Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

• 12+ hours' notice: no cancellation fee.

• Less than 12 hours' notice: a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

• Less than 4 hours' notice: a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• No-shows: a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
